Shay offre une ambiance chaleureuse et moderne avec une décoration soignée, une terrasse agréable et un service attentif et efficace. La cuisine libanaise contemporaine est savoureuse et bien présentée, avec une belle variété de mezze, de dips et de plats de viande qui séduisent aussi bien en brunch qu'au dîner. Le brunch est particulièrement apprécié pour ses plats signatures comme le shawarma eggs Benedict et les baklava pancakes, ainsi que pour les options végétariennes généreuses; le tout est accompagné d’un cadre dynamique et convivial qui donne l’impression d’une expérience soignée dès la première visite. Le personnel est souvent décrit comme chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel, et l’atmosphère est propice à des repas entre amis, en famille ou en couple. Dans l’ensemble, Shay propose une expérience culinaire plaisante et donne envie de revenir.
Service was good. The staff was attentive & welcoming. The food was slightly above room temperature, the lamb from the lamb shawarma benedict was dry. The tatter tots from their morning potatoes felt oily because of the ambient temperature of the dishes altogether. For the price & quality of the food, I wouldn't come back unless they fix those.
Absolutely gorgeous restaurant serving contemporary & revisited Lebanese/Middle Eastern dishes conceived to be shared. Apart from creative, the food is of excellent quality. Unfortunately, I was alone so I couldn't try as many dishes as I'd have liked. In any case, the fatoush-inspired tuna tartare is a must have. The lamb kebab, although very good, was a bit stronger in terms of taste, so it became a bit too much for only myself. They have a large selection of cocktails too. The Apricot Margarita with Zataar & Sumac was very good (although I would've preferred it to be sour instead of sweet). The one thing that could be improved is the by-the-glass wine selection.

If you want to experience Lebanese cuisine, then, SHAY is your place. The chefs .3631201495978E+24; menu is described great. The waiters are provided exceptional service. We ordered five different dishes from falafel to Kebab to Humus along with a Lebanese wine 🍷. Truly enjoyed our dinner at SHAY. 🙂🙂
Loved the food. Loved the attention. Loved the mock tails, but I would've rather have 2 services than one whole service. I had ordered the food. I was confirmed that it was shareable dishes, but I would've rather have my entrées together separately from my main dishes. Other than that, I loved it
We have been coming to Shay since its opening & have always loved it. This time was different. We wondered if there was a new chef & asked the server. When she asked us why we were wondering, we explained that the food tasted different. We even told her that one of the dishes we ordered was very oily (the roasted broccoli) & would to eat it. She took it away without asking if we wanted to substitute it. We were hoping not be to charged for it but it was on the bill. She confirmed that there was a new chef in the kitchen, & informed the manager of our comments, but he did not seem concerned. Even the music that we usually love & creates a cool ambiance was not the same. The owner usually greets us warmly & exchanges a few words with us when we come, but he was unfortunate not there that evening. Overall, a disappointing experience at a place we used to love. We will not be coming again.
The shawarma benne was amazing & the perfect portion. Serving staff were very attentive at keeping water filled. I enjoyed the ambiance on the outdoor terrace. All my friends dishes looked excellent as well!

The food was amazing & that's what made up for the below average service. Our waitress was not so friendly, did not take the time to check in & make sure we had everything we needed... didn't refill our water etc. Appetizers came separately & 1 of our main dishes was wrong...
Shoutout to the bus boys tho they work hard & carry the team
We booked the reservation 3 weeks in advance, made a note in the reservation that we are from out of town & it was a special occasion, they sat us in a cramped corner next to the dish pit, so it was very loud with crashing dishes through our meal. The waitress was nice but recommended a ton of food even though there was just 2 of us, enough food for at least 6 ppl.
The food may have been good but trying to eat that much was a horrible experience. We ordered champagne which was nice. With tip our meal was 300.00$ for 2 ppl. Which was too much for a sub par dining experience. We will not be back, & we cannot recommend Shay .

CJA IT's & presentation are great but the shush taouk chicken was dry (we had 2 orders & both same) & the octopus & soujouk dish had very little octopus. At that price I would expect more.
Other than that all was great but would not order those dishes again
First time I was at your restaurant, in September 2022, the food was outstanding as we were a party of five & sampled many dishes & desserts.
Last night I ordered two of the same, zaatar cauliflower & shish barak, I was looking forward to sample again & was disappointed first by the presentation( much less garnish on the cauliflower) & they were almost cold, I remember that they were served warm. The dumplings were much smaller & fried too long. I still have pictures of the two dishes from September & are much more appetizing than what I got last night. On the other hand, the eggplant fattet betinjein was delicious. I hope that you will consider my opinion & relay it to the kitchen to keep your high standard & quality of food.

I used to love this place, specially for dinner but brunch also used to be good. Last time I went though, brunch was very bad... the mimosas were done with juice from a box... & the dishes were not great at all, im very disappointed because I used to love it. It will take me some time to get over that brunch to go back for dinner but never doing brunch again
Very good restaurant, the dishes are original & tasty! The service was also very good. Only downside: I had to give my credit card number to book which is unusual because we were only 2 people.
Food is delicious. Was in a group with celiac & dairy allergies & they accommodated 100% with no compromise to the overall aesthetic, quality & deliciousness of the dishes. Definitely becoming a fave spot.
Shay is great in customer service, food quality , ambiance etc. Price for main dishes are relatively fair however $18 for a salad is too high since you can order an item from the main dish menu for the same price!
Also they charged us $5.60 for a glass of Perrier while a bottle is only 1.85!!!! This is too much! The music is so load in order for you to eat faster & leave ! The tables set ups are not designed for more than 4 ppl ! We were 5 & I was the 5th one who suffered from not having enough space & not fitting in well!

I thought that the service & the food was impeccable! All of the dishes were great for sharing & the ambiance was excellent. Shay is a great spot for date night or a night out with friends. Will be back!
We were pleasantly surprised by the service & food at this new restaurant. They had served the wrong bottle of white wine, & replaced it without charge. The food was honestly the best middle Eastern dishes I've had. & our waitress was extremely attentive. Highly recommend
Lovely service. Tasty & interesting sharing plates. Loved the fish & eggplant dishes. Great atmosphere. Will recommend to friends. Look forward to coming again soon.
