Je suis client régulier de la succursale de Sainte?Catherine, que j'apprécie énormément. La qualité de la nourriture y a toujours été excellente, ce qui m'a naturellement donné confiance envers la marque.
Cependant, mon expérience avec la succursale de Pointe?Claire, située près de mon lieu de travail, a été très décevante. J'ai commandé deux fois via Uber Eats, & dans les deux cas, la qualité était tellement mauvaise que je n'ai pas pu manger.
La première fois, j'ai pensé qu'il s'agissait d'un incident isolé & j'ai décidé de leur donner une seconde chance. Malheureusement, la deuxième commande était encore pire : une forte odeur d'huile rance, une viande sèche, & une impression très claire que la nourriture datait d'un ou deux jours.
Un tel niveau de qualité est inacceptable pour un restaurant Shawarmaz, surtout quand on connaît le standard des autres succursales. C'est honnêtement très dommage & cela nuit à l'image d'une chaîne que j'appréciais beaucoup.
Waited nearly 10 minutes with only two customers ahead of me & three staff working. No one acknowledged me, told me where to wait, or gave any idea of how long it would be. Even when the first customer was served, no one bothered to communicate with me at all. Three staff were all busy with just one client & still couldn't serve or even acknowledge the next person waiting.
A simple greeting or'we'll be with you shortly' would have gone a long way. Instead I felt ignored & decided to leave. Really disappointing, as I was looking forward to trying this place.
We had 2 trios on Wednesday night. By Thurdays morning we both got food poisoning! I was at work & started to throw up by around 10:00am & was sick for 2 days. I've eating here before & had no issues, but no way I'm eating here again.
LOVE this shawarma!!! I have you get it every time I'm in Canada 🇨🇦 the shawarma is 15 out of 10. The poutine has a nice twist of flavors. Everything is always fresh & delicious- highly recommend!
