I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was incredibly unkind & unprofessional throughout my visit. It was distinctly noticeable that they treated English speakers & white customers with a completely different, much colder attitude compared to brown folk. Customer service should be respectful to everyone, regardless of who they are or what language they speak. I won't be returning.

Quick but tasty food option in central. The wings & chips were surprisingly good & the rice bowl was enjoyed. You pay for location & convenience. Not pram friendly for upstairs seating.

Horrible horrible service. I did not tip for take out & ordered through the machine. They took literally 25 minutes to make my shawarma, with three other customers in the store, only one of whom has ordered before mine had gone through. I saw them saying he did not tip & kept pushing mine back over & over. Served 4 people who came & ordered after me, through queue & through machine, & served them. Made me miss my train. Definitely unprofessional & absolutely discriminatory & horrible. The three people involved wa the bald guy wearing a hat & a net around his beard, the old ish lady who was frying the cheese & the wraps & the girl with specs who was also told by the first guy to take it slow with my order. Disgusting.
