Had a bad experience here on my visit!! Not very good staff management. Cooking staff properly cooked my shawarma, but the distributor staff messed up the order & ended up giving different shawarma to me. Their was no scope for changing the order as there were already miscommunication between the staff. Else, the dining area & restroom were clean & hygienic.View more

I've been a loyal customer of Shwarmaz for many years, especially enjoying the exceptional service & quality at the Laval branch. However, my experience at the new downtown Montreal location today at night was disappointing. The quality of the meat was noticeably lower, though the chicken was acceptable. The staff lacked the professionalism & efficiency that I've come to appreciate in Laval, & the cashier was quite aggressive, dealing with customers in an unfriendly & unpleasant way. Additionally, the portion sizes were much smaller, with some items missing from the plate. When I raised my concerns, the staff dismissed them, claiming that the Laval branch was the one making a mistake. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, & I won't be visiting the downtown Montreal branch again.View more
