On a pris les crispy sandwich & WOOOW c'était insane. L'employé avec le tatou & les yeux colorés était très gentil & à l'écoute.

We tried the Viral Crispy Moods Mix (chicken & beef) & two soft drinks. It filled me on an empty stomach so good & yes, crispy. The lettuce was not soggy, filled with meat, & they even have zaatar sauce, spicy sauce, & beer garlic sauce. So good we went with traditional garlic, we noticed the other sauces after. They have other platters & falafel. Good price point, nice spot with parking & bathrooms.

Le service le plus lent que j'ai vu. & y'avait une cliente qui est venu apres nous & a été servi avant nous, prochaine fois je vais mettre une jupe.
• réponse au propriétaire: non Mr, la dame n'avait pas commandé par téléphone & a été servie avant nous, ne détournez pas la review vers autre chose svp, on a attendu 1h pour 3 crispy shawarma & le magasin été vide, & ils étaient sans molasses si je ne me trompe pas du nom.

Honnêtement, je suis sorti de chez Shawarma Moods avec une énorme déception & beaucoup de frustration.
Je suis venu sur place spécialement pour tester la recette virale du crispy shawarma, & c'était rien à voir avec ce qui est montré sur les réseaux sociaux. Déjà, le service était interminable, totalement désorganisé, & on a vraiment l'impression que les clients passent après le reste. On attend, on ne sait pas où ça en est, ça bouge dans tous les sens… c'est juste pénible.
Mais le pire, c'est l'attitude dans la cuisine: le monsieur avait un comportement qui donnait clairement un sentiment de manque de respect. Ça te coupe complètement l'appétit & ça te fait regretter d'être venu.
& parlons des sandwiches: j'ai commandé poulet & viande, & franchement c'était décevant à un niveau rare. La laitue & la tomate étaient ramollies au point de devenir une espèce de pâte, la fraîcheur était inexistante, & le goût… zéro. Sans saveur, sans équilibre, sans rien. À ce prix-là, c'est inacceptable.
Quand tu fais une commande'virale', tu t'attends à un minimum de qualité & de sérieux. Là, j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir perdu mon temps & mon argent. Je ne recommande pas, & je trouve ça dommage parce que le concept avait du potentiel, mais l'exécution est catastrophique.
I tried the crispy shawarma, it's good but doesn't tastes as flavorful as I'd come to except from shawarma spots. Also that door really needs to be fixed.
