We tried the Viral Crispy Moods Mix (chicken & beef) & two soft drinks. It filled me on an empty stomach so good & yes, crispy. The lettuce was not soggy, filled with meat, & they even have zaatar sauce, spicy sauce, & beer garlic sauce. So good we went with traditional garlic, we noticed the other sauces after. They have other platters & falafel. Good price point, nice spot with parking & bathrooms.

Le service le plus lent que j'ai vu. & y'avait une cliente qui est venu apres nous & a été servi avant nous, prochaine fois je vais mettre une jupe.
• réponse au propriétaire: non Mr, la dame n'avait pas commandé par téléphone & a été servie avant nous, ne détournez pas la review vers autre chose svp, on a attendu 1h pour 3 crispy shawarma & le magasin été vide, & ils étaient sans molasses si je ne me trompe pas du nom.

I used to come here 2 twice a week & it was honestly one of the best shawarma spots. Always full of flavor & very consistent.
I came back this week after almost 2 months & I was really disappointed. The shawarma had almost no taste & didn't feel the same at all.
Also, the sandwich was smaller than before & had way more saj bread than actual meat. It felt like they were filling it with bread instead of shawarma.
Not sure what changed, but I hope they fix this & go back to the quality they had before.
Je suis un client régulier mais aujourd'hui c bizzare apres 45 min d'attente pour une pita poulet ya un mauvaise gout de poulet dans le pita comme genre le poulet périmé ou je sais pas & finalement au lieu de revenir au magasin & demande a remboursement j'ai préféré de jeter le pita & de arrêter de manger chez eux définitivement .
J'ai été très déçu du crispi moods. Le shawrma était super brulé, j'avais l'impression de manger du charbon. Même une demi-étoile ne serait pas assez. De plus, j'ai attendu beaucoup.

Je suis un client régulier chez vous, & je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement.
Quand je commande un sandwich, je paie le prix complet, donc j'attends un produit de qualité. Malheureusement, le sandwich contient surtout des frites, avec très peu de poulet, ainsi que seulement de l'ail & des cornichons.
La dernière fois, c'était particulièrement décevant. Je demande donc de faire plus attention & de mettre une quantité suffisante de poulet dans les sandwichs.
L'un des meilleurs shawarma à Laval: poulet tendre, juteux & bien assaisonné. Un endroit à recommander. Petit astuce: si vous optez pour le pita croustillant il faut le manger sur place s'il fait froid à l'extérieur sinon il va perdre tout son croustillant une fois refroidi !
