"Dumplings are great and totally authentic. I also got the scallion oil noodles. Wished that there was a bit more taste to the scallion oil so added some soy sauce and hot sauce. I came for lunch and they had a few deals with and without soup. The place is clean and air conditioner for the summer. It's a peaceful spot to have lunch off the Rue St..."
