Incredible Persian food in Montreal!
We came to Shali & everything was absolutely delicious. The Chenjeh kebab was so tender it literally melted in our mouths & the Barg was perfectly soft & juicy. The Kubideh was packed with flavor & even the burger we ordered on the side was surprisingly tasty. I regret not taking any photos because the irresistible smell of grilling kebabs made me dive right in, but the presentation was beautiful too. Every dish was seasoned just right & cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place for authentic, high-quality Persian cuisine ❤?we'll definitely be coming back!

After a long time, I finally had a kebab that tasted exactly like the one I remembered from years ago. It brought back a taste that had only existed in my memories.

Please don't change anything. Stay exactly as you are, so we can continue to enjoy this wonderful taste with peace of mind. Please keep the recipes, the quality of the ingredients, & the exact quantities-gram for gram-just as they are, so that this amazing taste & quality never change.

Just one small suggestion: for the chicken sauce served with Zereshk Polo, please make the flavor a little milder. It was a bit too intense & sour for my taste.

This will definitely be one of the restaurants whose food I'll enjoy regularly throughout the week.

& one last request: I completely understand the rising costs of running a restaurant, but I truly hope you can continue to maintain the same quality & generous portions, while keeping your prices as reasonable & consistent as possible. Great ingredients, consistent quality, satisfying portions, & fair prices are what make customers want to come back again & again.

If you have ever tried Persian restaurants & had Persian kebabs, I strongly recommend you to try Shali Restaurant.
Besides the high quality dishes, the portions are enormous & delicious. Also I can say that the prices are very reasonable.
& finally, the personnel are so nice & always welcome you with a beautiful smile.

Shali is by far the best Persian restaurant in the West Island. Their kebabs are on a completely different level, & it's hard to find a Barg kebab of this quality anywhere else. The Koobideh is also exceptional juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. Combined with excellent service & a welcoming atmosphere, Shali is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding Persian food :)

I suggest you try the Tangy Barg Kebab & Tangy Chicken Kebab.
These two main dishes are among the tastiest dishes ever.

Yummi yummi yummi kebab… like you are in the best quality of kebab restro in Iran regarding the kebab. Appetizers are very delicious.soup & ice cream are very good. Guys I am gourment & fooodie.. when I say that is amazing means go for it…..

We had koobideh & kebab torsh, & both were really delicious. I especially liked the kebab torsh. The atmosphere & service were great overall. The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of tables, so it was easy to get seated.
