Envie d'un fish & chip?
Ici c'est un gros morceau de poisson, frais & fondant dans la bouche. Ma panure préférée? La jamaïcaine un peu piquant & croquante!!

Sadly its not lime it used to be too oily too thick the fish its self was good but not the breading the cole slaw was just cabbage no sauce or taste weird!! Fries were super greasy Our waiter was the best part

This used to be my 2nd favorite place for fish & chips, I will not be going back after the last two visits. Not enough batter on the fish & no taste. Serving one big piece does not work. I would prefer two smaller pieces with more taste. I didn't even finish eating the fish as it was not good. It's too bad as this place used to be good.

Globalement, le restaurant est plutôt bon.
La nourriture était légèrement salée à mon goût, mais très savoureuse.
Un grand merci à la serveuse pour son excellent service & sa grande gentillesse.
Nous sommes très satisfaits du service & avons passé un agréable moment.

Super restaurant, les crevettes & les moules étaient vraiment bonnes, & leur cassonade d'escargots au top.
Parfait pour une famille ou un couple.

Excellent service! La nourriture est délicieuse. Les crevettes bang bang en entrée sont très bonnes. Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts.

Nourriture impeccable, tout comme le service; rapide, courtois, & bien conseillé! La musique & la décoration ajoute à l'ambiance quelque chose de très agréable. Tout aimer!!! Je recommande fortement

A growing institution on the South Shore. This place has been around for a while! Not too many spots like this on the South Shore & this place has the merit to serve pretty fresh fish. Nothing like fresh fish. Flaky, meaty, tasty.
Makes for great place for fish & chips. The size is also very respectable but we wished there was more coconut shavings.
Expensive but worth it.
I will say that when we went, the frying was not up to par...too much oil in the batter (fryer not hot enough or batter not cold enough?)
Unfortunately, the octopus is forgettable. Flavor is not special (although the menu description looks promising) & the cooking is not good. The octopus is too soft/cooked/grilled/boiled...not sure what it is but not nice. The portion is also a bit small. Good thing octopus has another 7 legs. The dish has potential!

We enjoyed two whole Lobsters with shrimp cocktail starters & some oysters. There's a full bar & good wine list. The food was really good & our server Valerie was excellent taking time to chat with us after the meal. The La Prairie location is decorated like a small cosy seaside fisherman's cabin with all the adornments.
We will definitely recommend to friends & go back again.
Make a reservation as it gets busy, even during the week.

Love this place! The seafood is fantastic & the atmosphere is just the coolest, I love the way they decorated the place & really played into the'fisherman's shack' aspect. The clam chowder is excellent. They even have homemade ice tea!

Great service & very friendly staff. The Shack is really cute & gives you the feeling of a seaside shack. I ordered Mussels & Fries & was very tasty but was a bit sandy in some bites & the fries were not really what you expect. Looking at the other tables their seafood plates & presentations look awesome & people were really enjoying it. Keylime pie is good but the canned whipped cream on it was not.

Vraiment une super endroit pour ce détendre entre amis ou en couple. Endroit cosy & avec un menu restreint mais totalement délicieux. Notre serveur Simon était a notre écoute & a su mettre l'ambiance a la table avec c'est blague 😉

La nouvelle génération d'employés en restauration m'impressionne de plus en plus. Les jeunes hommes au service ce soir étaient dynamiques, présents, à leur affaire, rapides, en plus d'avoir vraiment l'air de s'entraider dans une tenue wow du resto.
Simon, notre serveur, mérite définitivement un grand merci de la part de ses employeurs. Il travaille comme si le resto lui appartenait!
