"Dirty... teens without attitude to customer service... worst cappuccino ever... they are so distracted and without motivation to to their work that everything is dirty and I think tlshe forgot to put actual coffee on my cup. It's a shame because I usually enjoy a lot second cup coffee...but no this time, unfortunately."
