It's a bright & nice atmosphere.
The music may change on the day but it's always good.
The food & drink are typical but sufficient for a seating.
Parking may be a challenge depending on the day & time of day.
If you want to dine in, you can ask for ceramic mugs & plates instead of plastic & paper products which is nice! That's more than what most other places offer.

It seems busier on weekends than on weekdays.

The coffee grinding machine is horribly loud, though.
& the chairs are loud when you move them & they scrape against the floor.
Can the owner please change the chairs' feet to something QUIETER?

I normally love coming to my nearest second cup. I often order via the app for personal reasons, & it's never been an issue until this location. It's normally the same one guy at the front here. After waiting in the store for ~15 mins, I went up & asked if my order had went through, & the man was very rude & insistent that I hadn't ordered, despite it being right there on my phone. It wasn't very busy, either. Eventually, he rolled his eyes & very obviously annoyed made my two drinks by looking at my phone, but one of them wasn't even correct. Nor did it taste good, it was like water instead of hot chocolate.

2/29/24- second visit. Much lesser people at night. Still same comment on our first visit. No other cafe nearby to schwartz or to the sherbrooke station. The food is fair tasting, we were not asked if we want it warm to be served with. We ordered matcha & the blue drink, tastes so-so. The upside here is the place is sophisticated. They have bathrooms which is locked & keys are with the crew. Their bathroom has a baby changing station but they dont have high chairs. Ambiance is chill. Lots of students spending their time.
