Ça m'embête d'écrire cet avis car j'ai discuté très rapidement avec les personnes qui gèrent cette place & elles étaient très gentilles.
Ça va être court & bref.
J'ai été très déçue du mac & cheese qui n'avait en rien le goût de fromage. Le goût était plus industriel qu'autre chose.
Je l'ai pris accompagné de Oxtails. J'ai eu 2 oxtails un de taille normal & l'autre où il y avait à peine de la viande. La sauce manque d'assaisonnement & de saveur. Ils étaient malgré tout tendres mais j'aurai aimé pour le prix que ça m'a couté au moins en avoir pour mon argent. Ce qui n'était pas le cas.

J'ai également pris un rouleau de printemps oxtails qui manquait également cruellement de goût.

Tout ceci pour la modique somme de 34,49$ oui oui.
Le max & cheese était tellement pas bon que j'en ai à peine manger. Certaine que vous le préparez avec des pots de crème à fromage industrielle. Bref j'ai encore faim alors que j'ai déboursé 34,49$.
Je ne comprends pas comment on peut faire payer de la nourriture aussi médiocre aussi chère. On vous paie avec l'argent qu'on gagne pour un service de qualité. Je déteste perdre de l'argent aussi bêtement. C'est bien la dernière fois que je mettrai les pieds chez vous.

J'ai l'impression qu'à Montréal beaucoup de places ouvrent un business juste pour ouvrir un business & se faire du cash sans même prendre en compte que le client est la personne à satisfaire en premier……!

Le ribs n'Mac est insane. La vibe est vraiment nice & le personnel est énergique !

L'employé m'a très bien recommandé les items que j'ai choisi. 10/10

The most incredible place & an absolute must in Montreal. Beyond the incredible food, with options for everyone, the customer service is unlike anything I've ever experienced. We ordered off door dash & the door dash driver left without part of our order. When the man at the restaurant realized the dasher didn't grab the whole order, he called us right away, & asked how far we were from the restaurant. The man working at the restaurant personally delivered the remainder of the order, even though it was the dashers mistake. Everything in the order was incredibly delicious, even more obsessed with this place now. Thank you to the man who drove over for us 😊

Everything is overall good.. the only problem is the wings . Please find a new way to cook them , because they are always dry

Ordered on doordash for the first time in like a year. The quality now is atrocious. Their salad now has cheap ingredients: iceberg lettuce & parmesan cheese instead of feta cheese. It's not the same salad at all & they still show the picture of the original salad. Also they now add sugar to their Plantains! It's sickeningly sweet 🤢 Like ripe Plantains are already sweet enough

Customer at cash wouldnt serve me a new bag when asked. asking me twice if something was wrong with the bag he gave me. good food but bad service this time.

Delicious!!! I got the Special of the Month, Rasta Pasta, with jerk chicken. I loved it! I really want to go back & try other dishes.
