"We were seated very quickly inside as requested (we did have reservations) but unfortunately it took 20 minutes for our waitress to see us initially to at least offer us water. We took that opportunity to order drinks which took another 20+ minutes to get. We ordered our appetizers which came at a decent time if you compare to what we were..."
