Report inappropriate review or replies

"I ordered at 6:45 pm. At 8:30 pm I called back and asked if my food was on its way. They told me it should be not more than another hour. They acknowledged that the order was placed at 6:45. They didn't offer any apology or compensation. I asked and was told "Do you want your order or not?" Awesome customer service."
