Si j'avais à suggérer ce Scores je dirais qu'il a toujours mieux comme option mais sinon pour dépanner si vous êtes en chemin sa ne fais jamais mal de manger là-bas. La nourriture a été servie rapidement & niveau qualité je dirais que j'ai eu mieux dans d'autre succursale de ce genre mais je tiens quand même à souligner le service excellent de notre serveuse lors de notre visite qui avec le peu d'achalandage qui avais cette journée-là elle a su quand même nous servir tout au long de notre souper avec le sourire & sa bonne humeur qui a pour moi été le point fort de ma visite là-bas!

Quelle perte de temps & d'argent.

On nous a placés dans un coin & on a attendu 20 minutes avant qu'une serveuse vienne nous voir. Nous avons commandé deux plats principaux & un nachos. Après 1 heure d'attente, toujours rien. Finalement, un nachos arrive après 1 h 15… complètement vide : chips graisseuses, aucune garniture, à peine un peu de fromage. J'ai même dû aller moi-même chercher des légumes au bar à légumes pour le rendre mangeable.

Au même moment, on nous annonce que le plat principal de mon conjoint n'est plus disponible. Après tout ce temps… franchement ridicule.

Nous avons donc demandé la facture, & encore là, l'attente a été longue. Résultat : 40 $ pour un verre chacun & un nachos médiocre.

Heureusement, le restaurant rapide Dic Ann's juste à côté nous a permis de réellement manger.

Seul point positif : la serveuse était empathique & compréhensive. Par contre, aucune compensation ne nous a été offerte pour ce service médiocre & cette très mauvaise expérience.
