Loved the food. Had the salad bar included with my meal. Be careful with the salad, it's easy to get a bit carried away & end up not finishing the main course. Had the holiday special which included a mini tourtière & meatballs with the chicken.

Ive come to Scores practically all my life. Before the pandemic, their sides, chicken & ribs were of much better quality. The fries were not even cooked & lacked colour.... the waiter told me it was frozen fries & not the same as usual. Tips to help you out, since I love scores - invest in better fryer equipment with filtration! Better quality oil will aid in better quality fried goods. The chicken was very watery, I'm thinking the supplier pumps the chickens a little too much. The pumping isn't the problem, since it acts as a preservative. Different supplier or cook the chicken a little more. Salad bar was good as always!
This is the fast food of chicken. Once upon a time when the original owner ran this company it was a really good operation & the food quality was great, stores were very clean, pricing was reasonable & competitive & there was great value. Today I believe that this restaurant has value to a more price conscious market as opposed to those who wish to have a great food experience as this does not compare to many of its competitors. Their USP is their buffet. Problem with a buffet it keeping it clean & fresh. But that's another story. Also they have become a little of everything & with this they have compromised on the quality & taste of their chicken as used to be. I will not list other places but to get dry & average tasting chicken with (not fresh cut) fries this is a great place to eat.
This was my first time trying scores & wow it was not what I was expecting. This location was very spacious & welcoming once you walk in. We were able to get a seat right away & service was quick. The salad bar was amazing! It is extra but worth it. For someone who doesn't eat much salad... they had a great variety of salad toppings to choose from. The salad bar also included soup & pasta salad. For dinner we order a 2 leg chicken & a full rack of ribs. The legs were perfect & juicy. It's hard to find place that doesn't sell dry meat. Especially with the rack of ribs. These ribs were fall off the bone. The fires were crispy which was perfect with the gravy. Overall the food was great, service was friendly snd the atmosphere was welcoming.

We ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo which includes 4 portions of sandwiches, French fries & coleslaw salad. The most important thing was the freshness & taste of their food. Though I was expecting a smoky flavor on the grilled chicken but it was my mistake to assume the taste. The French fries & coleslaw were too good & freshly made. The cappuccino coffee did not meet my expectations. There is room to improve the taste of the coffee. The service was top notch. The waitress helped us to place the order as we don't have advanced French knowledge. The chef & waitress delivered our food in a timely manner.
Some of the wait staff are not very friendly & appear to lack customer service training. Our waitress was wonderful, & I tipped accordingly. Chicken is a bit too salty for my taste. Scores should consider offering a 50% less salt option on their menu. The dessert offered on the Lunch Menu is for a children's menu. Scores should offer adults an Adult sized dessert. Scores could add an option to the lunch menu for a half-portion dessert. My suggestion is that Scores should consider offering a 65+ discount, or at least a 65+ menu. We were a mixed group.
Great salad bar & 3 choices of soups; nacho cheese soup, cream chicken soup, chicken noodle soup & chili. My son & a friend preferred to have a main course with fall off the bone flavorful ribs & chicken. For dessert carrot cheesecake all served by an efficient & pleasant waitress.
I order the chicken chipotle grill burger the fries came mix burned with some cooked & some very dry take out order should be very checked was a long time customer chicken was cold seriously like throwing 20$ in the garbage

Food is always good, I had the club sanwich & the chicken burger.
My gf had the half chicken plate.
Every was acceptable, but you have to add the all you can eat soup & salad bar to your meal :)
You might not serve yourself 3-4 times but it is worth it & there is a variety of salads, 2 soups, & fruits.
