Commande ramassé au comptoir. Confusion à la réception (mauvaises commandes de 5 repas apporté à la maison)
Poulet sec & peu goûteux(de toute évidence du réchauffé), frites molles & tièdes. Qualité vraiment décevante pour le prix payé!

The attitude of the server was not respectful!
Instead of explaining the rules to not share the salad bar option with other people on table, she had an quite aggressive manner toward the customers!

We were rushing to grab a bite to eat between our commute from the Dorval Airport & Via Rail train station in Dorval.

Scores was walking distance from the train station & was a surprising treat for our family of four. I have never been to a Scores & had an awesome first experience.

The food was fresh, hot & exceeded expectations (particularly the salad bar) & thought it was great value. The owner / manager Costa was extremely warm & welcoming - & while the restaurant was packed he seemed to be checking in on customers in every corner of the reataurant.

He guaranteed that every trip through Dorval Airport moving forward will include a visit to his place.

Thanks for taking such good care of us & expediting service to accommodate our schedule.

Poulet cru, sauce manquante, erreur d'accompagnement, oublis, riz extrêmement salé, tarte aux pommes gelées, tarte aux pacanes dure comme de la roche.

Ils ont déjà été un excellent restaurant, mais les dernières fois que j'ai été y manger, j'ai été déçu du service & de la nourriture.

Food was good but not appreciative about being seated next to a drafty window for which they turned the floor heaters off almost 1.5 hours before closing. Wasn't noticeable until the heat was off, waitress was nonexistent at that point & when franchisee came by he didn't seem overly concerned...he should have sent us home with something like a complimentary dessert. We have been going for 20+ years there.
