"Took some medium-fat meat. It was dryer than what I would have liked. Thing is, if I had taken fatty only, it would have been too much for me. Prepare to pay, unlike other smoked meat places, the plates do not include fries, coleslaw, pickle nor a drink (pop). All those are extras."
