Saveurs des Continents propose un buffet très varié qui attire les familles et les amis, avec des stations thématiques (sushi, pizzas, viandes rôties, fruits de mer) et des plats issus de plusieurs cuisines du monde; dans l'ensemble les convives apprécient la quantité, le choix et le rapport qualité prix, ainsi que l'ambiance conviviale et le cadre agréable. Cependant les avis restent partagés: certains trouvent que les plats manquent de chaleur ou de fraîcheur, d'autres estiment le niveau de sel trop élevé, et la constance du service peut varier selon les jours et les heures; les files d'attente et les délais de service peuvent être longs, surtout le week-end. Le cadre est souvent perçu comme adapté à des sorties en famille, mais l'ambiance peut devenir bruyante lorsque le restaurant est plein et quelques critiques portent sur le renouvellement des plats et le manque de personnel lors du service. The food here is plentiful, but everything is salty; they put a lot of salt in the dishes, except for the pastries. I've been there three times with family & friends. The first time, I thought it was the chef's fault, but the second & third times, it turned out to be their recipe & they haven't changed it. Too much salt isn't good for your health.
A lot of variety of meat, seafood, sushi, soup pho noodles, pasta, pizza, dessert, salad, & fried stuff, they have steak, rosbif, smoked meat, chicken, roasted porc, its a lot of meat, if you go on a monday or tuesday, you have less wait than if you go thursday, friday, Saturday. I recommend you try at least once :)
Kids friendly & family friendly. Its more high class than vichy & lastanza. But have as much & even more food than them. I surprisingly find it a nice place to go, & price is affordable. & for a buffet, its much more affordable than jardin de seoul, korean bbq grill, hot pot, sushi bar close by etc.

The buffet is just awesome & always refilled.
Plenty & various choices from different Cuisines across the world. Grilled meat counter available as well as a Bar drinks.
We spent a wonderful monument with family & friends for Brunch.
Waitresses are kind & available all time.
Absolutely love the place, the food is good, I've went a couple of times & never had a problem until recently, a manager named Mirei(?) was yelling at her employees & being rude to customers (Adults & kids alike), It kinda ruined the great mood me & my family had going there, everyone else & everything else is great.
Highly recommended. This place is seriously amazing, you absolutely have to check it out. The food choices are incredible, there's something for everyone to the point that I couldn't believe the variety they had. Seriously, anything you could possibly crave, they've got it. & the service? Top-notch. They really go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again & again regardless of whether it's a family or a business occasion. A real gem. You won't be disappointed.
Great family buffet with for assorted foodies
They're probably the biggest walk around buffet when it comes to choice, they have a sushi bar , a steak bar, soups , salads, seafood (including crab legs), burgers, poutine, & lots more including a well packed dessert section.
Good atmosphere , im a bit of a picky eater but I know what the best things are so I get my moneys worth everytime now 😌

I went there with my family for dinner & the food was amazing. There were all you can eat crabs & all. You really need to try the honey ribs. The service was amazing. The server gives amazing service & they will take care of you even if there's a lot of people. Ps: if you go there for someone's bday u can ask them to sing a song & they will happily do it. The manager on the other side really shocked me. I can't believe that he screamed at the workers in front of us. Not only that but during the whole dinner, we heard him screaming many times at the workers. So we couldn't enjoy our meal much without getting disturbed by someone screaming.
The best buffet in montreal besides sushi plus my family & I definitely enjoyed their Variety in food their great service & we will absolutely be back soon the pizza isn't my favorite but their bread is so tomato tomato lol 😋
One of the best buffet for family or friends. Lots of choices. Lots of free parkings available. Kids upto 12 years free & the place have lots of tables. Nice interior as well
Absolutely amazing place, best branch by far, very clean, food is delicious & fresh, they have a full sushi bar in this one & so many pizza choices, as well as the fruits section keeps being refreshed constantly.
Staff is friendly, cost is great & a perfect place for family as kids go in for free (mine were 2 & 4, not sure whats the cut-off)
