Completely unacceptable experience.
I ordered a'buy one get one free' pizza deal, but only ONE small pizza was delivered & I was still charged full price.
This feels misleading & dishonest. No proper resolution from support either.
Definitely not ordering again.

We order 3 pizza's with buy one get one free offer, everything was delicious & there was an inconvenience with the platform we ordered from which created problems for us but the owner & the staff made up for it! We received free fries with our order as well! For my persian fella's if you are looking for what we had at home, go to Shiraz!

Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered your Buy 1, Get 1 Free pizza deal, but only one small pizza was delivered while I was charged nearly $50. This is completely unacceptable.

I contacted support & got no real help. Customers pay for what they order, not for missing food & excuses.

Whether this was incompetence or intentional, the result is the same: I paid for an offer that was not honored.

I will never order from this restaurant again, & I strongly recommend that others double-check their orders before ordering here.

Excellente expérience au Restaurant Shiraz ! La nourriture est toujours fraîche, savoureuse & préparée avec soin. Les portions sont généreuses & les saveurs authentiques. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel & attentif aux clients. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, parfaite pour un repas en famille ou entre amis.
