C'était vraiment une belle découverte. L'ambiance est chill, rien de trop fancy, juste une place où tu te sens bien.
Ahlandra était notre serveuse, super fine & easygoing.
I had such an amazing experience at Sauce Buvette! The atmosphere is absolutely incredible - warm, stylish, & so welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, & full of flavor. Every dish felt carefully made with high-quality ingredients.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. The staff were so friendly, attentive, & genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable & appreciated throughout the entire evening. You can really feel the passion & care behind this place.
I would definitely recommend Sauce Buvette to anyone looking for a cozy spot with amazing food, great vibes, & exceptional hospitality. Can't wait to come back!
Honestly had such a great night. Just really good energy overall.
Juliette was our server & she was amazing. Super friendly & easy to talk to, checked in at the right times, & gave us recommendations that were actually so good. You can tell she really knows the menu & cares about the experience.
One of the best things we had was the torta fritta with sélection de salumi & Parmigiano râpé
Would 100% go back & definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really solid spot.
Here's an honest review , the place is very nice , food was fresh & honestly very tasty. But the waitress really made us dislike our whole experience , it's a shame because this place is genuinely nice. Truth is , we didn't even see her smile once , she didn't even introduced herself, she didn't ask us how the food was , asked us if we wanted something. Every time we'd be able to see her & ask her for something she would just leave & bring whatever we needed to our table without saying a word. She didn't even look like she wanted to be there at all lol. I'm leaving 4 stars because the owner of this place did very well & the cuisine did a great job , but it would've been a 2 star because of how shitty our experience was because of the waitress we had.
Wow!!! I had the vodka rotini - possibly the best pasta I've ever had in my life! These guys are truly passionate about their plates! I'm in shock! The rotini were in-house handmade pasta, brass dye pressed, large format shapes which maintained their bite! Gorgeous! The vodka sauce was creamy tangy & they go on to layer a pesto on the outer ring & the inner section has a cream parm sauce w tonnes of fresh parm GRATED & SHAVED. Incredible value in comparison to what some fast casual pasta places have in the area (no shade but this is so well worth the visit)! Much love to the chefs & staff (so friendly & welcoming), will certainly return. 5/5 💥
We went for Valentine's Day & overall had a decent experience. The set menu was very reasonably priced, especially for the occasion, & the service was good. A special shoutout to the woman who stepped in on what was clearly a busy night, she was warm, attentive, & great.
The food was a mix. Some real highlights: the mushroom arancini bite was excellent, the magret de canard was very well done, & the dessert was my coup de coeur of the evening. However, the morue was quite disappointing (especially since it's usually something we love), & the tuna entrée felt very basic & lacked flavor. The braised veal was just okay.
The ambiance was also average. We were seated at the back near the kitchen hallway with storage directly behind our table, which made it feel less intimate than expected for Valentine's Day. It may have just been our table or the busy evening, but overall we left a little disappointed.
