We did the spectra app 4 course meal & it was an amazing introduction to this restraurant. When had the calamari & beet salad for the appy enjoyed both.Focaccia bread was freshly baked with an olive oil & balsami dip. Then I had the milanese & my partner the braised beef. We loved both. Dessert was an incredible tiramisu.
Elenore was our server who was attentive. They also have a large patio & great parking in the back. Al in all it was a fantastic mea. The chef did an incredible job at presentation & cooking.Try it you won't be disappointed!
I went here for the celebration of my 30th birthday & we used the Spectra coupon for the 4 course meal. The food were amazing & they can cater & change some food option into vegan or vegetarian which was nice. I recommend their braised beef as it's really tender & savoury & it's a big portion! Their terrasse is such a vibe & it feels like we're in a garden in Italy. Would definitely come back & recommend it to my friends! Thanks for making my 30th celebration amazing 🫶
First time at this beautiful spot! A little off the beaten path on William Street in Griffin town but well worth it.
Chef/owner Dominic has created some beautiful dishes. The braised beef was sublime.
A warm & welcoming atmosphere inside with a stunning outdoor terrace.
Our server Juliette was amazing. Attentive & knowledgeable.
Don't get me started on the the tiramisu!
Date night or family gatherings you will happily be accommodated.

Eleonore was a wonderful waitress & gave us an amazing service. Found the place using spectra, the calamari, foccasia & braised beef were great choices.
Cute spot! Came for the spectra menu. Overall food was good, but nothing wow. The arancini was very bland, the Milanese chicken was my favourite but I did find all the veggies ok the side were quite oily. Calamari was good, but even the sauce with it was lacking some punch or spice. The beef was good, but it was served with a red wine sauce that was very bland as well. The dessert was a very nice presentation, but average & generic taste.
Price point was good, but nothing quite stood out. Service was very good! Only leaving 4 stars because when we got home, we opened our take out with the leftovers & they gave us someone else's food… otherwise the staff was very nice & friendly, knew the items on the menu well.
The ambiance is cute inside with nice decor, if I came back I would try a few different wines & a couple of entrees to share, it would be a nice place to sit & relax with someone, not too loud inside.
Also they do have a first come first serve basis parking lot in the back which is convient for Griffintown!
Went here for the spectra deal. Overall decent for the deal price, though the drinks were expensive for what they were.
The bresaiola & arancini apps were okay. My friends really enjoyed their braised beef, but the bisque pasta was kinda tasteless not at all like bisque. Also way too many cherry tomatoes dumped on it. Dessert was simple.
Wine was good, though at one point my friend got a mulled wine instead of a normal red. Not sure how that happened. My to-kill-a (tequila) spider just tasted like cassis & sugar.
Live music wasn't great unfortunately, & I'm usually pretty supportive of amateur acts. Cool decor though.
Service was friendly & accommodating but needed to be trained better. Not sure why they don't give you a bill with the price breakdown before paying.
Overall great experience, food was truly amazing with great atmosphere. Had the braised beef & pasta. It was incredible & appetizers were just as amazing. Worth going & eating there.

So far the portions are lacking. Got the whipped ricotta & it only came with 4 pieces of fried pasta (the good part).

Edit: the main was amazing! I had the rigatoni with beef ragu, & it was so good. The beef was in slightly too big of pieces, but was incredible in flavour.
Had a great time yesterday at Sauce. This was our first visit & it won't be the last. We came early around 7 pm & the heartwarming staff was very helpfull in explaining the dishes & story behind this place felt very welcomed & it was joyfull to have the Lobster ravioli & beef rib. Bravo bonne continuité
