A hidden gem inside the InterContinental!
Sarah B. is a super cozy, intimate absinthe bar with a fantastic atmosphere. The drinks are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, & their selection of absinthe is truly impressive. If you get hungry, you can conveniently order food right from the hotel's restaurant.
I highly recommend this warm & welcoming spot! Pro tip: if you are with a small group, definitely try to snag one of their two small private alcoves (the'provocative' salons). A perfect night out!

Friendly service from our server. Nice decor, basic jazz background music

The Côte d'Azur, Sarah la Divine, & Phocéen very nice cocktails. I don't recommend the gin Stratton that I felt was unbalanced.

the men's washroom had two bottles of lotion but no soap for some reason, like there were clearly empty holders where the soap should be. Our server passed on the issue quickly once signaled but I've never seen something so obviously wrong at a high end hotel.

Classy bar with a 1920s atmosphere & excellent service from Rene & Johanne! First time trying absinthe & they made the process clear & enjoyable. Definitely recommend!
