"I tried the new vegetarian option - miso vegetarian ramen - and I was pleasantly surprised! The broth is smooth and flavorful, with a touch of (I think) garlic oil. Tofu was chewy and daikon was very well cooked. I think adding a crunchy veggie would make the dish even better. But overall, exceeds expectations!!!"
