Cool spot but the sandwiches just aren't authentic. The traditional Vietnamese sandwich while it's fine, it's not how you'll get it in real Vietnamese shops. The boba milk tea is also too sweet & I could taste the powder not mixed well. I ordered on Uber Eats & the wait on the app said they're still preparing for an hour & I thought they probably finished & didnt mark the app which was the case. I do like they sell lots of Asian goods because it's good for the area. It's definitely catered to non Asians & they'll probably like it.

Je n'ai goûté que les banh mi mais ils sont excellents & vraiment généreux en garniture. Un peu chers mais ils valent vraiment le coût.

The perfect lunch.

You're around the Molson-Parc area, you are in between meetings or maybe even you are working from home & don't want to make yourself something to eat. You've worked hard & deserve to treat yourself.

Update: Google asked me if it has changed. The answer is no! Still as delicious!
Go to Sue's! The sandwiches are to die for. The porc char siu is my favorite. Though sometimes I'll go chicken or beef! I love the salads as well.

The best part, once you're there, you can browse the store! They sell frozen goods such as dumplings!? Who doesn't like a dumpling!? Well my friend Charles, but we don't invite him when we eat dumplings. Charles is missing out in life.

Les banh mi étaient excellent. Plus sucré que dans d'autres succursales. Beaucoup de choix de produits & même de l'alcool, ramen, produits cuisinés etc

La nourriture est bonne & le service correct mais à chaque fois les tables sont sales!!!🤮 & on vient souvent. Si ça ne change pas, même si les sandwichs nous ne reviendront plus... À bon entendeu

Très belle découverte ! Le sandwich porc chop était savoureux & bien garni, accompagné d'un café glacé. Portion généreuse & super rapport qualité-prix. Comme fan de coriandre, j'en aurais pris davantage. J'ai aussi aimé la petite épicerie au fond du restaurant, ça donne envie de revenir découvrir d'autres produits. En plus, l'endroit est situé face au Parc Molson, parfait pour un pique-nique !

I highly enjoy this fantastic spot since it offers a beautiful range of choices. There is an excellent option for anyone who decides to drop in today. The setting has a highly comforting, friendly, & warm feel to it. The team is always quick with help. I will definitely return here to explore more of what is around the place.

Les sandwich sont toujours aussi bons, préparés à la demande & selon nos goûts surtout. L'attente peut par contre être assez longue selon la période de la journée; la commande pour emporter via leur site peut valoir la peine. J'apprécie beaucoup la variété de boissons disponibles.
La section épicerie est assez complète & dépanne bien pour une alternative dans le quartier.
