We ordered the pancetta Sandwich & the one with Mortadella. I think it's the bread that was so good or something. We've had/made focaccia bread/sandwich before, but this was just really good. Neither sandwich was salty. Both sandwiches were just good. The pancetta one had good aïoli, & the bread was a little oilier, but it also had a bit crust on the bread? It kinda Had a crunch to its crust? Whereas the mortadella one was soft with very thinly sliced mortadella & burrata. Yummmmm. & being a sandwich person, im a bit sad cuz this place is so far from where we live … & since this was perhaps one of the best sandwiches that I've had in the Ontario/Quebec so far. I know there's so many restaurants out there, but yeah. I think this was better than The famous Montreal smoked meat Sandwich or the bagel sandwiches. If I ever go out to Montreal, this is on my list again. Random but really good find I'd say. Nomnom
pretty good sandwich, just needs some more texture on the bread BUUUUUUUUT it's the closest thing to what i had in italy so that's whats upppp
I recently tried Dino Sandwicherie & had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly & took the time to explain the differences between their focaccias & sandwiches, which made choosing a lot easier.
The menu offers plenty of options, & the prices are very reasonable. They also have a small dining area if you'd like to eat on-site.
I tried both the hot & cold sandwiches, & I actually preferred the cold ones. Everything was flavorful, & the focaccia bread was the star of the meal, soft, airy, & absolutely delicious.
Overall, it's a spot I'd definitely come back to, & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh, satisfying sandwich at a great price.
I've often ordered lunch sandwiches from here, & love that they have vegetarian options. The ingredients are so fresh, the bread is absolutely amazing & the cheeses are to die for! The quatro formaggi is my absolute favorite. Can also vouch for their divine bomboloni! Highly recommend
A great budget friendly sandwish. Love the mayo sauce they make. The meat it self is 70/30 : some parts are juicy others & dry but overall ok texture. The bread is the winner : crisp & airy .
I found this place a few months ago when I was craving for a good Italian sandwich. Got there, the service was A1, I ordered the Mortadella Sandwich, the Salumiz & a bombolini Nutella. I instantly fell in love & have been coming back ever since. I brought the whole family, in laws, parents, siblings, friends. I ordered to go, tried it over Uber Eats & sit down several times, & the taste freshness & size are always consistent.
I wish I lived closer or that you guys had a location closer to the south shore (Brossard or something) so I could eat lunch & dinner there. Yes, it's that good. The bread is not dry, it's soft & fluffy, the flavors & the freshness is always there. My go to spot for Italian sandwich in Montreal.
Favorite: Mortadella Sandwich
Delicious foccacia bread... mmmm mmm good! 😋 I definitely have to try these next time!
The place is small but they offer a wide range of sandwiches.
I had the turkey sandwich & also the vegetarian.
The flavors were ok & the bread was a little too fatty.
I would go another day to try again & maybe try to change my review or reinforce it.
Restaurant was really really warm, like uncomfortably hot.
Vegan sandwich was unfortunately not great. The bread was fantastic! But the sandwich was really salty for some reason?? Plus, there was no sauce, so it was quite dry. This sandwich desperately needs a balsamic glaze or hummus or something!
If they ever sold the bread on its own I would be very interested. But if I never have this sandwich again, I'll be just fine with that!
This Italian sandwicherie has a selection of tasty, mid-gourmet varieties on top of some fantastic foccacia bread. I felt like at $18 for a single sandwich, the variety & quantity of ingredients was sparse, making this a more pricey sandwich than it ought to be, but costs must be covered I suppose.
