The pastries are really good. This bakery is the best compared to the ones around it. One issue that I cannot ignore & really pisses me off every time I come is the customer service. I come back here regardless because their products are fresh & good, but every time I come the workers look so miserable. In a way it makes me feel uncomfortable, this sensation & experience did not happen once or twice but three times. Imagine having at least three women in front of you, you say'hi' & no one bothers greeting you back. IT IS UNPLEASANT. One time, I went with my boyfriend, he asked a question about their bakery & they seemed so uninterested into helping him. I work in customer service, this is absurd. The workers can at least fake it!

Excellent Italian bakery. Always fresh pastries & delicious cakes. The bignolate are great as well. Highly recommended!

The pros: very affordable prices

The cons: food is hit & miss. Some things are good (small tomato pizzas), other very disappointing (like the bread & donuts)

The service is horrible. I've been going once in a while for years, never a smile, always a long wait though often one of the employees is just behind the counter chatting instead of serving people until she notices people have been waiting for over 5 minutes before deciding to serve them. It's very disappointing as I always walk in with a smile & would love to encourage a local bakery, I always feel like an inconvenience more than anything

The service at this bakery is phenomenal! I placed a catering order today & sent their delicious custard tarts to a funeral parlour. In spite of the weather they delivered them on time.
Connie looked after the order & she is awesome!

My favorite bakery in Montreal. Been a customer for over 10 years. & I come here at least once a week. From sandwiches, pizzas, cakes, pastries & italian specialties, everything is always delicious & the service is always warm & welcoming.

Everything in the bakery is excellent. The staff is awesome & friendly. I highly recommend, even if u have to make a detour.

We are visiting from Toronto & decided to find an Italian bakery away from downtown. We found this place on google, so we decided to try it out. I can honestly say.... What an incredible idea! The staff was amazing! The prices were VERY reasonable & the pastries..... to die for! 6 buns (assorted) 6 pastries (assorted) Total 26.00$ Please do yourself a favor & try this place out! Joe M
