Mel & Leah were amazing! The drinks were perfect & the music was amazing. I got to choose my own vinyl & when I asked the bartenders to surprise me with their own delicious creation, they made me perfect cocktails. I will be back once a week for the rest of my life 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

We had a wonderful time at Sample! It was our first stop upon landing in Montreal, & I'm sure we will swing by again before we leave. Our bartenders were fabulous, & gave us an extensive list of bars & restaurants to check out on our trip. Such an amazingly kind gesture, especially since they were very busy with other customers at the same time. Great vibes, great drinks, great music. Highly recommend!

Great ambiance. We sat at the bar & had a couple of fantastic drinks (Queen Sista & Rufus) . We were the first to arrive on a Saturday afternoon right after 4pm. The vibe & music were on point & we enjoyed getting to know the bartenders. The music provides a nice backdrop but isn't so loud you can't have a conversation. Also We got to know others next to us at the bar while we were there. If you enjoy Japanese whisky, I thought the Rufus was lovely.
