This is a great restaurant to take your kids & try different dishes. Service was friendly & attentive, food was fresh & well-prepared, patio seating provided open-air & piazza-style atmosphere. There is ample street parking & can take a stroll after dinner to enjoy the street's atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced. On the previous visit, we were fortunate enough to enjoy street performances while dining. This time, we people watched.
We found this by accident was looking for a Taiwanese restaurant nearby however it seems it's closed so we look on google map & found this one. It turns out we really like the Xiao Long Bao & the fried dumplings & the price is very budget friendly as well. It's handmade & you can see them cooking it in the open kitchen. Staff is working efficiently there is not much wait time during meal hours.
Great place if you can't use chopsticks like me. They offered me forks for no extra charge! Would have been 5 stars but there were too many wasps on the patio.
Looking to try a delicious steamed dumplings spot? Then you have come to the right place. Ordered the steamed pork & chives which is my absolute favourite along with the classic pork dumplings. Both were delicious! I will definitely be back here. I also want to mention the service we received was top tier! Water glass never went empty & our smiles never stopped.

Nous avons commencé par des soupes de wonton aux crevettes, suivies de délicieux dumplings au porc & à l'agneau. Pour conclure ce repas, nous avons opté pour une brioche fourrée à la pâte de haricots rouges, dont le goût rappelle celui de la confiture de châtaignes. Un détail que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : un guide pratique expliquant comment déguster les dumplings est disponible sur chaque table, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant aux touristes en visite dans la région.
The dumplings here are tasty & juicy. Stumbled across this place while exploring the area. Good find. Restaurant is small & seating is tight. Servers are attentive & helpful. Would definitely go back when I visit Montréal again.
