Les dumpling de type xiao long bao & les dumplings frits de cette manière c'était nouveaux pour moi & j'ai adoré! Ils étaient savoureux même pour des saveurs de base comme porc classique & porc chou. J'ai adoré avoir accès aux condiments directement sur la table pour l'ajuster à mon goût & de se resservir soit même! J'y retournerai à coup sûr!
