Took the dégustation menu at Saint Sushi tonight & left seriously impressed. Every course felt like it had its own identity. Beyond the freshness of the fish - which was exceptional - there was a lot of attention given to texture, balance & presentation. Every plate arriving at the table felt like discovering something new.

You can tell this isn't a place focused on simply serving sushi; they're trying to create an experience. The quality of ingredients stood out immediately, but so did the details: the combinations, the presentation, the pacing & the service.

The dégustation menu is the kind of experience where you stop talking for a second after taking the first bite because you're trying to understand everything happening. Definitely one of the more memorable sushi experiences I've had in Montreal. Looking forward to coming back.

Delicious experience!
The Elvis salad with shrimp was fresh & flavorful, & the otoro sashimi was incredible with perfectly balanced sauce, spicy but not too much to let the rest of the flavors shine.
The Bad News Brown roll was crunchy & sweet, & the Kendrick Lamar roll was bold & well-balanced. Overall, our tastebuds had a true feast. The service was A+++. I didn't take pictures this time, but we'll be back! 🍣

Excellent sushi place! Service is great with a nice welcoming & fresh vibe. Quality of the fish is top notch & there is a large variety of maki options. Definitely one of my favourite spot in the city, highly recommend

This restaurant never disappoints!
Pleasantly surprised with the tasting menu!
I have been here a dozen times selecting various items off the menu, all of which is fresh & tasty.

The staff is amazing, always happy to recommend items from the menu & pair it with a great cocktail!

All in all 10/10 for the vibes :)
