This is also my favourite pizza ever - I don't know what that man does to his crust but I've never had anything like it! Oh, & try the caesar salad, too!

Stopped here randomly, no knowledge of the place or surrounding options. Very impressed, got a regular pep & cheese, excellent, has no right being this good from a place that looks like a hole in the wall. Crust was perfection, crisp crust & bottom with a nice tear & chew to the inside.

I have to admit, the ingredient combination made me curious - prosciutto, white onions, mozzarella, brie, tomato sauce, freshly ground pepper, & a touch of honey - but the result is an explosion of flavors that works incredibly well.
The tomato sauce base is fresh & flavorful, & the brie cheese adds a luxurious creaminess & a slightly tangy note that pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the prosciutto.
