Review Summary

Saiko is widely regarded as a premier destination for high quality sushi in Montreal, offering an authentic Japanese dining experience that impresses visitors and locals alike. Guests consistently praise the exceptional freshness of the fish, the skilled Omakase offerings, and the accommodating nature of the staff toward dietary restrictions. While the atmosphere is frequently described as friendly and pleasant, occasional reports of slower service due to limited staffing have been noted, though the overall consensus remains overwhelmingly positive regarding both the food and the welcoming environment.

Exceptional sushi. In terms of nigiri, this is #1 in Montreal. They now have 3 of the top sushi chefs. Sit at the sushi bar.

First time in Montreal & a local brought me here. The best sushi I have eaten with sincere & amazing chefs. An experience I will never forget & want to return. I ordered the chef special & each piece melted in my mouth.
