I visited Sabor Latino with my mom for the first time, & unfortunately the customer service was terrible. The woman serving us was extremely rude & dismissive. We were simply asking a few questions about the menu, & she showed no interest in answering or helping us at all. It felt like we were bothering her just for asking.

A little kindness & professionalism go a long way in customer service. Sadly, this experience completely ruined our first impression. I hope management addresses this, because we won't be coming back.

Mi experiencia en Sabor Latino no fue positiva. La atención al cliente dejó mucho que desear y, lamentablemente, percibí un trato diferente hacia los clientes latinos, lo cual resulta muy desagradable.

Además, observé que las porciones servidas a personas latinas parecían ser más pequenas que las que recibían clientes extranjeros o locales. Espero que esta percepción no corresponda a una práctica habitual, porque todos los clientes merecen el mismo respeto, la misma atención y el mismo servicio, sin importar su origen.

Ojalá el restaurante tome en cuenta estos comentarios y trabaje para ofrecer una experiencia justa y de calidad para todos.

I have eaten here several times. I usually order either arepas or empanadas. My kid is celiac & therefore should always eat gluten free food. In the past, arepas & empanadas were made with corn flour, which is the typical Colombian/Venezuelan way. We were very happy with this.
However, in our most recent visit we were informed that the arepas & empanadas are made with wheat flour now. It was a disappointment to us because of the celiac thing, but I was a bit upset that this is no longer made the way it is supposed to. Anyway, this might not be a big deal to most people, but it is to those that trust that these products are made with the ingredients they are supposed to be made with.

¡Excelente experiencia en Sabor Latino! Las empanadas al estilo colombiano son deliciosas y el mondongo está muy rico. Súper recomendado. El jugo de maracuyá viene con el punto de azúcar ideal. Tip: Tienen un área de terraza bajo techo (indoors) que es muy agradable, tranquila y perfecta para comer y conversar a gusto, sin ruido.'

Pequenas porciones para el precio (si, arroz blanco por 20 dólares) pero lo que más decepcionó fue la calidad. Todas las carnes duras y quemadas y ni se diga de los platanitos. Les doy dos estrellas porque al menos la ensalada de papa y el arroz estaban decentes.
