I was excited to try this South American restaurant. They had a lot of customers & I was sure the food was going to be good. The person behind the counter was very patient & kind & provided explanations of every dish. He was especially pushing for the ribs. Apparently some customers even say that they are better than B Rouge. I took his suggestion but I was very disappointed. The ribs must have been boiled for a long time because it's extremely soft & dry. They put some sauce on it & then into the oven so it's a bit caramelised. It is overcooked to the point where the bones are soft. The beef dish was the same. Overcooked & dry. I do not enjoy this kind of cooking. But since they are very busy, I guess my taste is different from the ones of their clientele. On top of that, two dishes with two drinks came up to about $53 for food court style takeout food.View more
