Loved everything about Rutba Restaurant!
From the tasty food to their excellent signature drinks, everything was top-notch. Simran, our server, was incredibly friendly & professional. She made us feel very comfortable & well taken care of.
Délicieux resto indien, un des rares qui n'est pas BYOB. Les cocktails étaient excellents, le aloo gobi, le poulet au beurre, l'agneau korma, les naans à l'ail, pani puri. Mention spéciale aux samosas & notez que les naans sont immenses. Ça vaut la peine de l'essayer, très bien décoré également.

Taste was good. We tried multiple appetizers. But the portions were a bit smaller than expected. Other than that, it's a nice place. Our server was also very polite & friendly.
Just wanted to let you know that my partner became violently ill about 3 hours after eating at your restaurant on Saturday night ( Jan 24 at 7 pm) & had to go to the ER where she was diagnosed with food poisoning. We're not looking for anything, just thought you should be aware in case there's a food safety issue. She had the combo with a veggie cutlet & the spicy lamb curry. I had the combo with veggie cutlet & rogan Josh - I am not sick.
When Katy Perry said'I finally found you, my missing puzzle piece', she was talking about Rutba! It's the best Indian food I've tried in Montreal. I'll absolutely be back. Plus, they have Guinness. 10/10
Nous avions déjà hâte de découvrir ce restaurant à travers les photos des avis. Mais quelle belle découverte ! La cuisine est délicieuse ! De la très bonne qualité & très abordable ! Notre serveuse était absolument géniale aussi, tellement attentionnée. C'était l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, & ils nous ont fait la surprise à tous les deux de nous offrir une part d'un délicieux gâteau avec une bougie & ils ont mis la musique d'anniversaire & toute la salle chantait & applaudissait ! Quel beau souvenir ! Ce restaurant va nous revoir très souvent !
Loved this Indian spot-4 stars for killer butter chicken, fluffy garlic naan, speedy friendly service, & unbeatable value! Bursting with flavor, though the wait was a tad long on a busy night. Still highly recommend for a tasty night out!

Nice friendly servers, food came very fast, it was very tasty, I just wish it was more real Indian spicy lol but I understand people here are not used to, definitely recommend it & will come back again
Le restaurant est chaleureux, l'ambiance agréable. Le service est juste formidable, c'est tellement agréable de se faire service avec sourire & plaisir. Le repas, délicieux, tous ont aimé. Je recommande vivement, on y retournera certainement pour tester d'autres plats.

What a wonderful experience! I went to dine with young kids, the staff was smiling, helpful & fun! The amount of times they came to enquire if we were ok & if everything was fine showed how much they care about their customers. The food was delicious. Montreal lacks good Indian food & Rutba fulfils that lack for sure! Amazing experience! I will always go back!
