My partner & I got engaged & had romantic candles lit up for us & sat us in an intimate corner. The food was delicious & recommend their paneer. Very accommodating even food wise. Great food & service!! The samosas are delicious. Got the coconut shrimp combo & it's really good portions for what you pay. Everything was super good, would recommend. Our server, Sim, was super nice as well & gave us great recommendations.

Had dinner at Rutba last night with friends & it was excellent! We ordered the chicken biryani, paneer & kofta curries with some naans, plus a cocktail & a beer. Everything was packed with authentic Indian flavors & tasted delicious. The ambiance inside is warm, stylish, & perfect for a night out. A big thanks to Simram for the wonderful service & for surprising us with complimentary gulab jamun, & to Hritik for being so attentive throughout. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for flavorful Indian food in Montreal!
This restaurant was amazing. We stumbled upon it & were so glad we did. The food was delicious, the menu options were so innovative & the presentation was so cute. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a bit of spice & a great atmosphere.
The paneer makhani was great & the garlic naan was fantastic. Even my English roast beef & yorkshire pudding mom liked it a lot. Highly recommend
I usually don't enjoy Indian cuisine, a matter of personal taste I use to believe. But after having tried this place I realize I had been having the wrong thing all this time. This place is amazing, their food is so impressive, delicate & full of flavor. So many little savory nuances, I was really blown away. Highly recommended. & the service is a plus. They well so welcoming since the start, they open the terrace for us even if it was too early. Our server, Sim, she is a jewel, totally adorable & professional.
Rutba in Montreal is a gem-vibrant vibe, cozy decor, & stellar Indian food. Simran's warm, attentive service made our night special. Highly recommend🥰
Tresleche Rasmalai is a must try
The bhindi masala was amazingggg, will definitely be back. The employees are super personable & our server Sim was very attentive. Would definitely recommend!
