J'ai eu une excellente expérience à la Rôtisserie St?Hubert sur le boulevard Lajeunesse. Le service était chaleureux, rapide & très professionnel du début à la fin.
Le poulet rôti était parfaitement cuit, tendre & savoureux, accompagné de la célèbre sauce St-Hubert qui fait toujours la différence. Les portions étaient généreuses & les plats sont arrivés rapidement malgré l'achalandage.
Le restaurant est propre, bien entretenu & l'ambiance est agréable pour un repas en famille, entre amis ou même pour un dîner d'affaires. Le personnel est attentionné & s'assure que les clients passent un excellent moment.
Je recommande vivement cette succursale à tous ceux qui recherchent un bon repas, un service de qualité & une expérience toujours constante. Une adresse de confiance où je retourne avec plaisir !
I visited St-Hubert today around 3 p.m., & I was really disappointed by the service. The lady at the counter was extremely rude & had no understanding of customer service. I hope management takes this into account & chooses staff who treat customers better-this was very upsetting. Because of this, I do not recommend this location, & I hope it never happens again.
Il devrait y avoir plus de serveuses dans la salle. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour obtenir la facture. J'ai dû intervenir à plusieurs reprises, mais les serveuses étaient trop occupées pour nous répondre. Very disappointed expérience at St-Hubert Express. I waited more than one hour at the counter for a simple pickup order, & the food was still not ready. Staff mentioned they were understaffed & overworked, which I understand, but I also noticed employees had time to go outside for smoke breaks. This leads me to believe the real issue may be in the kitchen & order flow, not only at the counter. St-Hubert has a strong reputation, but this level of delay is unacceptable. I hope the owner takes note & addresses the problem.

Expérience très décevante chez St-Hubert Express. J'ai attendu plus d'une heure au comptoir pour une simple commande à emporter, & la nourriture n'était toujours pas prête. Le personnel m'a mentionné qu'ils étaient en sous-effectif & surchargés, ce que je peux comprendre, mais j'ai aussi remarqué que certains employés avaient le temps de sortir pour fumer. Cela me laisse croire que le vrai problème se situe peut-être davantage en cuisine & dans la gestion des commandes, & non seulement au comptoir. St-Hubert a une excellente réputation, mais un tel délai est inacceptable. J'espère que le propriétaire en prendra note & corrigera la situation.
Honestly walked in to this place with a party mode on, was ready to have a good evening my friend & I (late 20's early 30's) the bar side was extremely disappointing. The play list was making us sleepy, no lime for mojitos. Food took a long time to arrive.
Honestly I regret my choice in coming here, when asked if we can change the play list from Celine Dion my heart will go on, the bartender said she doesn't have control, & her manager is just no where to be found.
Honestly take your money elsewhere like we should've done today.
Also having a regular just grab the remote behind the bar, & change the tv stations is a big reflection on how this establishment is run.
Bon repas mais service de livraison médiocre. Le livreur que j'ai reçu aujourdhui était très nonchalant. Plaignez-vous à votre employeur pour avoir de meilleurs salaires au lieu de reporter votre frustration sur les clients à cause des pourboires.
