"Unfortunately it's been a very disappointing evening for us. We had a reservation and showed up on time, and ready to order. Despite having 6 kids at the table, only 3 were served kids menu. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to be served drinks (not even water!) despite mentioning how hungry and thirsty everyone was. No one ever came to ask we anything..."
