1. The fries were full of warts. Absolutely terrible! See pictures. 2. The place is run down, like it hasn't had any renovations since the 70s, the leather benches are torn apart. 3. The kids running the kitchen (approx 14 year olds) are rude. 4. The prices are fair for today's standards, but the portions are not. Sauce is indeed almost unique, like they used to make it. But this is no excuse for the rotten or poor quality potatoes.View more

Steamy hot dogs are good using Lafleur hotdogs. Fries are very good homemade from fresh potatoes & are delicious - they are not frozen fries, & potatoes have a tiny hint sweetness. If you order family size fries, it is enough for 8 - 10 people & a very generous portion stacked in a cake box - wow !!! Front parking is limited to about 5, maybe 6 cars at most. If you're looking for steamed hotdogs & fries, it's good.View more
