Comment apprécier la nourriture lorsqu'on ne vous envoit pas ce que vous commandez ?
50$ aux vidanges auraient tout aussi bien fait l'affaire.

Je demande de remplacer les sauces BBQ (nous détestons la sauce) par des salades de choux...
La jeune femme demande aux cuisinier l'inverse.

Je me retrouve avec 5 contenants de sauce (pour 2 pers), aucune salade de choux.

Ce qui implique de laisser la nourriture de côté pour aller téléphoner au restaurant.
La jeune femme à qui j'ai parlé à peine 45 minutes plus tôt fait semblant de ne pas me reconnaître (je reconnais sa voix), elle se doute bien que j'appelle parce qu'il y a eu erreur. De toutes évidence, elle a de l'expérience.

Mon problème ne semble pas être le sien, elle est complétement indiférente à la situation.
Un rabais de 5$ qu'elle me propose. Elle n'a aucune idée à quelle point elle vient de scapper mon repas.
Je lui raccroche la ligne au nez en lui répondant que je n'utiliserai JAMAIS ce gros rabais.
L'expérience m'a coupé l'appétit. J'ai mangé mon souper le lendemain dans mon lunch.

Je ne compte plus le nombre d'erreurs qu'il y a eu dans nos commandes... je n'exagère pas en affirmant qu'au moins 6 livraisons sur 10 étaient soit incomplète ou carrément erronées.
& le gérant! D'un mépris sans gêne, aucun respect pour la clientèle ni la qualité des services « offerts »! Belle enflure... Plus jamais!
