I just ate the worst sandwich. I ordered a club sandwich. The lettuce was brown the tomatoes were not fresh. The bacon were tiny end pieces. I ate some of the chicken which was OK. I brought the sandwich back & the offered me nothing. I went back to pick up fries that they forget to put in the other part of our order. Horrible food horrible customer service. Please AVOID this place. I am not done with them.

Follow up: No one has even bothered to reach out. They don't care & it shows. How can they not offer me a refund when I bring the sandwich back & show them the quality. I'll be organizing a boycott.

Service extrêmement décevant.

J'ai attendu 45 minutes avant d'être servi. Pendant ce temps, la jeune femme au comptoir passait une bonne partie de son temps assise à regarder son téléphone, complètement absente de son travail.

Lorsque j'ai reçu mes ustensiles, ils étaient sales. Je lui ai demandé de les remplacer, mais elle a dû fouiller dans le plateau pour en trouver des propres. Presque chaque ustensile qu'elle sortait était lui aussi sale.

De plus, elle servait un client, encaissait le paiement, puis retournait immédiatement s'asseoir pour regarder son téléphone, sans se préoccuper des clients qui attendaient leur commande.

Un service vraiment terrible & une expérience très décevante. J'espère que la direction prendra cette situation au sérieux.

Achetes un choix du chef, GROSSE SURPRISE je recois la cuisse... Comment as tu trouver le poulet Claude? En dessous du petit pain! Pas mauvais au gout mais une cuisse de souris. Personnellement avoir eu une portion qui a de l'allure je serais devenu un bon client, mais la pour le1$ dollar de profit qu'il font en te donnant des micros portions , b'en moi je n'irais plus jamais la.

Quand j'y suis allé personnes a la réception pour commander , je suis partie. J aussi appeler pour livraison est personnes parlais français , j ai commendé d' un autre restaurant

First & last time I get food from Benny's. I ordered takeout; a club sandwich, no tomatoes. Not only did they put tomatoes, but they put a lot. & the bacon was on y he tomatoes, so when I removed the tomatoes, the bacon had to go too. The chicken was not freshly cooked. When I looked on Google Maps, it showed it was'busier than usual'. There was not a soul in the restaurant, & when I got a look of the kitchen, I immediately realized I made a mistake ordering there. The kitchen was filthy. A big, dirty, disgusting garbage bin right next to the food preparation counter. The bin looked like it just came from the dumpster. I don't recommend this place for anything.

Un peu ironique que les Rôtisseries Benny se vantent de leur identité québécoise & que je ne puisse avoir du service au comptoir en français, comme on dit si bien, cette expérience m'a laissé un goût amer en bouche…

The food was absurd & so disgusting it had no flavor at all, the salad was so bad & the chicken was very cold. The cooks had no respect & didn't seem to care. The place overall is well decorated but so sad, no music no atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend eating over there very disappointed.
