We had asked for rice instead of rice as our toddler does not eat fries. Coming home hungry, we opened the box only to find a mountain of fries. The lady serving did communicate to the staff in the kitchen if fries can be replaced & it was understood & agreed upon. This is such a disappointing first time experience. Food is good but service is a disappointment. We called to express our concern & the lady was defensive not even offered anything to make this correct.
I order take out once a week. This was my 4 th time ordering here. The first two I was impressed. The third time I got the wrong order. Last night when my food was 30 minutes past promised delivery time I called the restaurant. I spoke to the person & got no customer concern. I told her about the previous wrong order - she had no response. ( I acknowledge It was partly my fault I could have called & reordered but I decided it was too much trouble.) The person last night said'your food has not been sitting around for an hour - it should be still good.' I responded -' I hope you are right'. I waited another 15 minutes for delivery & it was cold.
There are plenty of chicken places near me. I will order from them from now on. My time, money, satisfaction is important to me . I'm sorry it was not to this restaurant.
I had leg piri piri last night it was amazing
Even at closing time they served me very nice meal

Visite du 2 février 2025 Nous avons 2 cartes cadeau. En juillet dernier je me présente au resto pour une commande & on me répond que la machine pour les cartes cadeau ne fonctionne pas Ce soir, la même histoire, personne ne sait quoi faire avec ces cartes, pourtant elles sont vendues par Benny... Alors il ne faut pas acheter les cartes de ce resto, car on ne peut pas les utiliser. Manque de respect pour les clients.
Le poulet était bien chaud les patates parcontre très froide & ce en recevant le repas un gros bémol pour les patates. La sauce à un goût particulier , ce qui rend différent.
Pour le goût c'est vraiment bon par contre il faut qu'ils améliorent le service pareil je donne 5 étoiles pour les encourage
Ordered the club sandwich. Asked for white meat which cost $2.00 more. Came with dark meat & no bacon at all. Also only one piece had tomato. Very disappointed. The only good thing I can is it was delivered in 30 minutes.
So I will not mention the food because we all know what it is & that it's good. What makes a difference in these places is the service. I was the last customer tonight. The staff still gave a top service as if I were their first cs in the morning. They are super friendly & give great customer service. The food always tastes better when it is served by great people.
C'est surtout un comptoir pour mets à emporter avec un espace qui permet également de manger sur place. Très pratique.
Ordered 2 chicken breast meals, plus onion rings. One meal was hot, juicy & delicious, the other was cold & dry (both chicken & fries), but the worst was the onion rings. We got only 5 onion rings for $6 & they weren't cooked all the way through!! I had to crisp them in my air fryer, in order for us to be able to eat them. It's inconsistencies like this that give a restaurant a bad reputation. Will be a while before we go back. ☹️
J'ai adoré le service! La jeune caissière était dynamique, polie & parlait très bien français & anglais. Dommage que la sauce n'était pas à mon goût mais sinon, nous avons bien aimé notre visite.
Salut Habituellement je commente seulement pour dire du positif mais là il y a une limite.. Le site web ne fonctionnait pas bien pour le paiement. Ma commande n'était pas prête même si je suis arrivée plus tard que prévue, les 2 gars en cuisine n'avaient pas de filet pour les cheveux & la fille à la caisse, bien que très courtoise & avec un service en français même si elle était anglophone était sur son cell. Je ne pense pas retourner chez-vous bientôt. Ça explique peut-être pourquoi c'était tranquille un soir de fin de semaine.
