Incompétence & mauvaise fois totale de la part du gérant en devoir ce 1er septembre vers 17:00. Refuse d'annuler une commande Uber (produits manquants) donc la commande tourne en rond, les livreurs se présentent pour rien , le client attend , C'EST RIDICULE!

Nous avons réserver la grande salle à manger ! C'est le plus beau St-Hubert que j'ai vue de ma vie ahaha! On était un groupe de 28 personnes! Le service c'est bien passée. À part que certains ont attendu plus que d'autres. La petite salle de jeux a été super pratique pour les enfants! La bouffe, correct, c'était bon.

CLUB SANDWICH à éviter! Les frites & la sauce étaient chaudes, mais le club OUF...LE PIRE de ma vie. Viande blanche & pain froids & pain mouillé, pas assez grillé....bacon quasi inexistant, tomates? c'était au TAKE OUT! STHUB.....tu nous donne plus le goût....ouf! $20 à l'eau.

I would compare these restaurants similar to Beefeater in GB. The chicken is rotisserie rather than fried & tastes & healthiness makes it my choice.
As most Quebec speak French we did try again & the lady spoke English to help us along. There is a lot of choice & options. As our second visit to this chain we were more in tune with this system. Food was lovely as expected & service was friendly & efficient. The toilets which tend to be a good judge of behind the scenes standards were clean & well maintained. Prices are reasonable for such a full belly!
Highly recommend this chain & this restaurant, easy no hassle
