Je commande souvent du St Hubert, la nourriture est bonne, mais ca, c'est quand vous recevez tout vos repas.
1 fois sur 5, ma commande n'est pas complète. J'ai demandé un dédommagement. Le service a la clientèle ne veux pas m'aider, ils me disent que le gérant du st Hubert va communiquer avec moi. Sa fait plus de 2 semaines. & rien. Silence radio.
C'était ma dernière livraison a cette chaîne de restaurants.

My great experience with St-Hubert in Quebec City was completely shattered after dining at this location.
First & foremost, the service was extremely slow. We arrived around 8:00 p.m. & waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order-& that was only after we specifically asked for assistance.
Unfortunately, the wait didn't end there. It took another 45 minutes to an hour for our food to arrive, even after several attempts to get the server's attention. I don't blame the server for the delay in preparing the food, as that falls on the kitchen. However, basic table service-such as refilling water, providing cutlery, & checking on guests-was also noticeably lacking.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially compared with my previous impression of St-Hubert in Quebec City. I definitely wouldn't take my chances dining at this location again.

On a positive note, the dessert arrived promptly & was served warm & delicious, which offered at least a little consolation after an otherwise disappointing experience.

La qualité des aliments est toujours au rendez-vous chez St-Hubert & c'est le cas de cette succursale. Le personnel est vraiment gentil & le service est excellent. Les aliments sont servis bien chauds dans cette succursale & j'apprécie beaucoup (exemple: la cuisse de poulet est bien chaude). Le restaurant est propre, mais les toilettes ne sont pas propres depuis plusieurs années. La terrace l'été est spateuse & comfortable & le personnel est très attentionné.
