Went through.the drive-thru which was fine. Ordered a chocolate milk with our 2 meals. Asked the attendant at the window where the chocolate milk was. They said it was in the bag. Once we reached our hotel & opened the boxes & bag, there was no chocolate milk. Quarter chickens were dry & bland. Surprising to us because they were thigh & drumstick. Fries were dry & bland. No ketchup in bag. We curiously stared at the half hamburger bun in the.box
Gravy was so so. Ceasar salad was just okay... nothing to write home about. The coleslaw was not bad. I will.probably never go to another St. Hubert anywhere ever again. Whole experience was disappointing... Swiss chalet is 10x better.

Visite samedi le 28 juillet 2026 en fin de soirée. Belle ambiance, équipe enjouée & à l'écoute. Très bon repas. Meilleure expérience repas depuis longtemps dans un resto de ce genre. Très contente & je recommande 😊

Je suis un peu sous le choc & je ne sais pas trop comment réagir. Est-ce normal de voir la préposée au pain, au poulet & aux frites faire toutes ses tâches à mains nues, sans gants?

Elle touche à tout : elle prend le poulet & les pains avec ses mains, puis elle sort les frites de la friteuse. Ensuite, elle touche à l'écran des commandes, aux comptoirs, aux cabarets & aux factures, avant de retourner manipuler la nourriture.

Franchement, ça n'a aucun bon sens. En plus, le restaurant est sale : les tables & les chaises sont toutes collantes.

Premièrement leur application de commande en ligne est boiteuse. Deuxièmement, ils sélectionne automatiquement un pourboire de 15% sur les livraisons, il ne faut pas oublié de le modifié. Je n'ai rien contre l'idée de donné un pourboire au livreur, mais 32$ c'est abérant & innaceptable. Je vais tout faire ne mon possible pour ne plus commander chez St-Hubert pour les év;nements que j'organise avec mes clients.
