"It took "Nicolle 25" over 52 min from taking order for 4 adults and 2 kids to bring it to us. Other 3 tables with 3-5 adults that came after us by 15-30 min got their orders before us. When finally we got the food it was cold and dry! So it clearly was waiting on Nicolle 25 to pick it up and bring it to the table with a grin on her face. Please..."
