Waited more than an hour in line, we were second in line, they kept telling us they could not seat us since it may ran, but kept letting in a bunch of people that knew the workers in front of us, we waited patiently for an hour & 20 minutes for them to say that they are not taking any more people for the night at 7:45…. After arriving at 6:30…. Horribly ran business
Faudrait vraiment revoir le type de serveurs que vous mettez au service des clients. On vient, on paye, on consomme, donc on s'attend au minimum à un bon service.
Votre serveuse Rosie était vraiment désagréable. Elle nous parlait de haut, elle nous prenait de haut, aucun sourire, elle servait l'eau comme si ça la dérangeait d'être là. Franchement, aucun professionnalisme, elle avait l'air d'avoir la haine contre nous alors qu'on n'avait rien fait.
& le pire, c'est qu'au bout d'une heure, alors qu'on ne consommait pas juste des boissons, elle vient nous dire qu'on doit partir parce que la table est réservée. Est-ce que c'est normal de dire ça à des clients comme ça, après les avoir laissés s'installer & consommer sans rien préciser avant ?
Bref, ce sera la dernière fois qu'on mettra les pieds là-bas
The view is nice, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because of the service we received from Rosalie. We really felt as though she had something against us, despite the fact that we did nothing wrong. I hate to be mean but fire her. Her bad energy made us feel uncomfortable. Im emailing management expecting a refund.

Read the low reviews, dip over to the hiatus. Was told 45 minutes, after the main line there is an even longer line on the 44th floor. Can't find anywhere to make a reservation online, although we chatted with a few people that'had reservations'. When in fact they just were texting friends to get in. Talia was very friendly albeit the poorly managed reservation & line.
Sora staff welcomed us instantly & had a table too.
My friend & I were in a fairly long line, so we knew we'd have to wait for a while. We expected it to take about 45 minutes at most to get seated. Little did we know that multiple people would be allowed to cut the line.
When we finally became the next party supposedly waiting to be seated, we ended up waiting another 45 minutes because we kept being passed over by'regulars,' according to the host, who said he didn't have much control over it.
Even though we had already waited a total of 2 hours & 10 minutes, we decided to leave after noticing that some people who had been seated over an hour earlier still hadn't been served.
Overall, the wait management was extremely disappointing & felt unfair. After more than two hours of waiting, seeing others constantly bypass the line & noticing that seated customers still hadn't been served made it clear that staying longer would be a waste of time.
If you're thinking about going to this place, I strongly recommend reading this before you waste your time & ruin your night.
First of all, it seems that if you want to get in easily, you need to know someone who works there or has connections inside. They say that reservations are not necessary, but when you arrive, you'll find yourself waiting in a long line because the place is busy. What's frustrating is seeing people who arrived after you get in immediately simply because they know someone working there.
On top of that, the manager was extremely rude & showed little interest in helping customers or addressing concerns.
I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other venues where you can enjoy your evening without wasting your time or dealing with this kind of this
Expérience très décevante. Une énorme file d'attente se crée parce qu'il n'y a aucun véritable système de réservation, mais le pire est ailleurs : on voit carrément des employés sortir & faire entrer des groupes qui n'étaient même pas dans la file, simplement parce qu'ils connaissent quelqu'un ou semblent faire partie des personnes qu'ils veulent faire entrer.
Tout ça se passe devant des dizaines de clients qui attendent depuis longtemps en respectant leur tour. Le sentiment d'injustice est énorme. Si l'accès est réservé à une certaine catégorie de personnes, autant l'annoncer clairement au lieu de faire perdre du temps à tout le monde.
Manque total d'organisation, d'équité & de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
