Excellente expérience! La terrasse est magnifique, l'ambiance est super agréable & le service était impeccable. Un énorme merci à Jeymi, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Souriante, attentionnée & très professionnelle, elle a vraiment rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter & j'y retournerai avec plaisir!
Terrible experience. This rooftop bar doesn't take reservations, yet we waited over an hour standing in the corridor for a table. Although we were promised a dinner table with chairs, we were eventually seated at a tiny standing table. The management showed zero respect for their customers. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

It was truly an awful experience. Me & my partner went to this to Terrasse around 6 PM on a Tuesday. I then ask if it was possible to make a reservation because I didn't see any place to make a reservation on the website & then they told me that it was a walk-in restaurant there was no reservation . The waitress put us at the bar where the sun was hitting hard. I then asked to be put on a table & they were like'unfortunately there's no more table as soon as there's a table that's gonna open up. We are going to give it to you' as I could see there were 2 open tables. So then I sat down & waited 6 minutes at the bar with my partner & nobody came to see us for a drink, even sitting at the bar, not even water nothing. I saw the same lady sit another couple at a table that was free & there was one table left. I then asked to be put on the table & they're like'unfortunately this one has been reserved' But at first, I thought it was a no reservation restaurant.
At this point I had to think it was because of my skin colour that I was being treated that way because I was the only one would a deeper skin colour & the only one that was sitting under the sun, & not being served even a glass of water & being told different stories just to be sat at a table. Do I do not recommend at all, I go to a lot of places in Montreal & that was the worst ever.
The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city, especially at sunset, making it a perfect place to unwind with friends or start the evening.
The appetizers were delicious, & the cocktails were the best we had during our trip. Everything was enjoyable.
The atmosphere was fun, lively, & social without feeling overcrowded. If you're looking for a rooftop with great views, great drinks, & a memorable vibe, I'd definitely recommend Rose Orange.

Une énorme file d'attente se crée parce qu'il n'y a aucun véritable système de réservation, mais le pire est ailleurs : on voit carrément des employés sortir & faire entrer des groupes qui n'étaient même pas dans la file, simplement parce qu'ils connaissent quelqu'un ou semblent faire partie des personnes qu'ils veulent faire entrer.
Tout ça se passe devant des dizaines de clients qui attendent depuis longtemps en respectant leur tour. Le sentiment d'injustice est énorme. Si l'accès est réservé à une certaine catégorie de personnes, autant l'annoncer clairement au lieu de faire perdre du temps à tout le monde.
Manque total d'organisation, d'équité & de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
If you're thinking about going to this place, I strongly recommend reading this before you waste your time & ruin your night.
First of all, it seems that if you want to get in easily, you need to know someone who works there or has connections inside. They say that reservations are not necessary, but when you arrive, you'll find yourself waiting in a long line because the place is busy. What's frustrating is seeing people who arrived after you get in immediately simply because they know someone working there.
On top of that, the manager was extremely rude & showed little interest in helping customers or addressing concerns.
I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other venues where you can enjoy your evening without wasting your time or dealing with this kind of this
Expérience franchement décevante. Nous avons attendu près de 2 heures dans la file pour finalement constater que l'attente ne servait pratiquement à rien. Pendant que les clients faisaient la queue, le personnel faisait entrer ses amis, connaissances & certaines personnes choisies à l'avance, qui passaient directement devant tout le monde.
Le sentiment d'injustice était énorme. Pourquoi faire attendre des dizaines de personnes si l'ordre de la file n'est pas respecté ? J'ai même vu une famille qui attendait depuis environ 40 minutes simplement pour obtenir un verre, ce qui est complètement absurde. L'organisation est chaotique & donne l'impression que seuls les contacts & le favoritisme comptent.
Une terrasse qui se veut haut de gamme devrait traiter tous ses clients avec le même respect. Après cette expérience, je ne reviendrai pas & je ne recommande pas cet endroit à ceux qui s'attendent à un minimum d'équité & de professionnalisme. Une perte de temps totale.
Superbe expérience ! Ambiance magnifique, décor élégant, excellente nourriture & cocktails délicieux. Le service était attentionné & professionnel. Un des plus beaux endroits à Montréal pour passer un moment mémorable l'été entre amis. Je recommande fortement ! ✨🍸🌅
