Le système de réservation ? Il n'y a ni site internet ni un numéro qu'on pourrait appelé pour émettre une réservation. & effectivement il faut absolument connaître quelqu'un pour y mettre les pieds , à fuir!
Très mauvaise expérience. Le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun système de réservation est complètement mal géré. On nous fait attendre longtemps alors que le restaurant est déjà complet, ce qui fait perdre le temps des clients inutilement.
En plus, une fois sur place, on nous annonce que l'établissement est réservé aux 21 ans & plus, alors que cette information n'était indiquée nulle part sur leur site. C'est totalement trompeur. Nous étions pourtant tous majeurs, mais on nous a refusé l'accès à une simple terrasse.
Au final, nous avons attendu pour rien. Entre le manque d'organisation, l'absence d'information importante & la mauvaise gestion de l'attente, c'est de loin l'une des pires expériences que j'ai eues dans un restaurant.
Terrible experience. This rooftop bar doesn't take reservations, yet we waited over an hour standing in the corridor for a table. Although we were promised a dinner table with chairs, we were eventually seated at a tiny standing table. The management showed zero respect for their customers. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
Si vous ne connaissez personne là-bas, oubliez de rentrer. Le gars a laissé passer deux personnes devant nous sans réservation. Quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi, il m'a dit qu'il n'avait vu personne rentrer. Cinq minutes plus tard, un autre groupe de filles est rentré. De plus, il saluait & faisait des câlins à des gens, comme s'il réservait les places uniquement pour ses connaissances. Je trouve ça injuste pour moi & pour les gens qui étaient sur la file d'attente. Je retourne jamais, & je vais partager mon opinion partout dans les réseaux sociaux. 0 étoiles
It was truly an awful experience. Me & my partner went to this to Terrasse around 6 PM on a Tuesday. I then ask if it was possible to make a reservation because I didn't see any place to make a reservation on the website & then they told me that it was a walk-in restaurant there was no reservation . The waitress put us at the bar where the sun was hitting hard. I then asked to be put on a table & they were like'unfortunately there's no more table as soon as there's a table that's gonna open up. We are going to give it to you' as I could see there were 2 open tables. So then I sat down & waited 6 minutes at the bar with my partner & nobody came to see us for a drink, even sitting at the bar, not even water nothing. I saw the same lady sit another couple at a table that was free & there was one table left. I then asked to be put on the table & they're like'unfortunately this one has been reserved' But at first, I thought it was a no reservation restaurant.
At this point I had to think it was because of my skin colour that I was being treated that way because I was the only one would a deeper skin colour & the only one that was sitting under the sun, & not being served even a glass of water & being told different stories just to be sat at a table. Do I do not recommend at all, I go to a lot of places in Montreal & that was the worst ever.
The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city, especially at sunset, making it a perfect place to unwind with friends or start the evening.
The appetizers were delicious, & the cocktails were the best we had during our trip. Everything was enjoyable.
The atmosphere was fun, lively, & social without feeling overcrowded. If you're looking for a rooftop with great views, great drinks, & a memorable vibe, I'd definitely recommend Rose Orange.
Terrible service. No reservation method for a place that seems to be that popular is just criminal 💀 Never got to try the food (so I can't judge on that) because they never let us in!! Waited in line TWO HOURS to be told they are closing after all due to bad rain & thunderstorm… which DIDN'T HAPPEN. The weather was perfect all night no rain at all! All because this'Alex' thought he could predict weather by looking at one cloud. I think they just wanted a reason to'close' because they were full & they only wanted to let in their VIP people aka the people that know people that work there. Yup, that's right. If you want to make sure you get in either be an influencer or just say you know Jimmy or Alex the director or Mia or Flo or Jason or Nixon the security guard & they'll let you in because suddenly by saying these names they have space for you??! Makes no sense. Very poorly managed that place. Even the staff seemed overwhelmed by how Alex runs the place, maybe it's time for him to rethink some things.
Terrible service , waited in line for 2hrs & due to weather that it was gonna rain (which it did not end up happening there was a perfect sunset/evening weather after all , they werent letting anyone else in other than people who knew a'friend of a friend' , & after those 2 hrs they said they werent taking any other people for the night & we were all turned away & the line was super long , If I were u I wouldn't go there if ur a group of 4 or 5 terasse is small & people tend to stay for hours , it's stupid that there's no reservation & just walk ins
